Sol offers a variety of comprehensive wellness coaching programs for adults, parents, and students; focusing on stress management and holistic well-being. Each program is curated to support clients in making active changes and building community through personalized coaching, psychoeducational groups, and interactive workshops. These services are provided by master’s level mental health coaches and are available both virtually and in-office.
What Can You Expect...
Coaching focuses on the “here and now.” It’s structured, skills-based, and action-oriented. Our coaching programs equip you with concrete tools to manage day-to-day challenges—like planning ahead, staying organized, initiating tasks, regulating emotions, and navigating social situations. These are essential life skills to help you function more independently, at school, work and at home.

Focus Z.O.N.E.
The Focus Z.O.N.E. coaching program is designed for kids and teens to help with staying focused on tasks, organizing schoolwork and daily routines and managing big emotions and stress. Coaching offers a supportive space to build confidence and consistency.

Adulting 101
