Owner and Clinical Director
Myrja L. Paul, LCPC, LPC, Telehealth LMHC, NCC, ACS
Myrja is the Owner and Clinical Director of Sol Counseling & Consulting. Myrja received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Myrja is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and Washington, DC. and a licensed telehealth mental health counselor in Florida. Myrja is approved to provide clinical supervision in both Maryland and D.C.
Myrja has over 15 years of therapeutic experience in clinics, public schools, college counseling centers and in the community. Myrja often works with women of color to provide individual counseling services, as well as speaking engagements that promote self care and women's empowerment. Additionally, Myrja provides clinical consultation and business coaching to new private practice owners.

Clinical Supervisor
Tyler P. Mabry, LCPC, ACS, C-DBT, CTRP-C
Tyler is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, DBT certified and Trauma certified practitioner, and an approved supervisor in the state of Maryland. After graduating from Bowie State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, Tyler pursued a Master’s of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University. Tyler chose this profession after noticing mental health disparities in the black community, despite the daily traumas faced in school, work, and home environments. Tyler aims to empower clients to live their purpose and full potential.
Tyler utilizes a variety of therapeutic and holistic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-centered therapy, which focus on mindfulness, motivation, and emotional regulation. These approaches help clients learn to trust emotions and sensations, as well as, develop coping skills to address both past trauma and emotions as they come.

Judeline Altema-Commey, LCPC, NCC, ACS, C-DBT
Judeline is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a graduate of Bowie State University. She specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma, and substance abuse. Judeline works with a broad spectrum of clients, providing individual, family and group therapy. Judeline primarily works with minority women’s issues, depression, stress management, anger management, self-esteem, relationship/communication issues, anxiety disorders and grief. Judeline is an experienced psychotherapist who is compassionate about helping and healing the whole you…mind, body and spirit.

Therapist
Stephanie Anya, LCPC, C-DBT, CTRP-C
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University. Stephanie has experience working with parents that have stressful home and work lives, working adults, persons with an extensive trauma history and young adults transitioning out of high school. In addition, Stephanie has an interest in working with athletes of all ages that have difficulty managing anxiety and other issues affecting their performance in their prospective sport.
Stephanie has extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which focuses on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills that can help persons of all ages and backgrounds live and perform in the moment.

Kathy L. Corbett, LCPC, NCC
Kathy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Kathy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education at the University of Maryland, College Park and received her Master of Science degree at Johns Hopkins University. Kathy specializes in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma and behavioral challenges. Kathy believes in working as a team and collaborating with other professionals to assure positive outcomes.

Andrea Bogger, LCPC, NCC
Andrea is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Andrea has several years of experience in the counseling field where she uses various therapeutic approaches, such as mindfulness techniques; Solution Focused; Reality and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Andrea works with clients using an integrated approach of interventions and strength-based strategies to initiate healing and wellness. Andrea specializes in working with adults who suffer with anxiety, stress, grief and loss, depression, and life transitions."I collaborate and tailor services according to the goals of clients so that individuals are empowered to create meaningful change in their lives".

Journey Taylor, LCPC
Journey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor practicing in Maryland. Journey earned her Masters degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland after receiving her Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Journey is available for individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. Journey seeks to help clients connect with their authentic self and actualize the best version of themselves. You may want to challenge generational patterns, prioritize your self growth, or fortify personal relationships. Journey will meet you with compassion and understanding as we explore childhood experiences, identify healthy coping skills as you work to handle yourself with care.

Wellness & Coaching Coordinator
Andres Rivas, M.S.

Andres Rivas earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland after receiving his Bachelors degree in Biopsychology from Loyola University Maryland. Andres has experience working with children and adolescents struggling with life transitions; as well as working with adults facing depression, stress, and anxiety. Andres believes that each client is the expert in their own experience, who deserves support that is tailored to their individual goals. In sessions, he aims to create a warm, empathetic, and accepting space where clients can show up fully and authentically. Andres is a native of Maryland and is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, Andres enjoys spending time with family and friends, drawing, and playing guitar.

Clinician-in-Training
Sydney Mann
Sydney is a clinician-in-training, currently completing her final year of her Master's of Science Degree in Clinical Professional Counseling at Loyola University Maryland. She aims to create a welcoming environment for any client that walks through her door, allowing them to express their true, authentic selves. Sydney also emphasizes the importance of self-care practices to effectively manage daily stressors. In her leisure time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, exploring on solo day trips, and watching her favorite television series.
