We provide individual, couples and

family counseling to adults and

children. We work with clients

presenting with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting and relationship issues and other concerns. Click here to

Sol Counseling facilitates self care

workshops and therapeutic skills

groups for local businesses and

community agencies. We also

participate in mental health summits, panel discussions and other outreach events. Contact us for more

Sol values the opportunity to

give back to the field by training

counseling students. Our internship program provides the chance to work

with seasoned therapists and learn

various evidence-based techniques

such as, trauma-informed care;

cognitive behavioral interventions

and DBT skills. Interested students

should complete this application for consideration. Students must commit

to both practicum and internship

(one full year).
